"TheMeal" is a service that delivers ready-to-eat meals right to your doorstep.
Our meal plans include food for a month, delivered every 3 days at a time that is convenient for you. You save time and money, and there will always be fresh and tasty food in your fridge. No need to worry about grocery shopping or cooking
Currently, we offer six plans to suit your needs:
- 1 Month, 3 Meals a Day:
Includes 72 meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) with 8 deliveries for just 999 AED. - 1 Month, 2 Meals a Day:
Perfect for those who only need lunch and dinner. Includes 48 meals with 8 deliveries for 799 AED.. - 2 Month, 3 Meals a Day:
Includes 144 meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) with 16 deliveries for just 1899 AED.. - 2 Month, 2 Meals a Day:
Includes 96 meals (lunch, and dinner) with 16 deliveries for just 1499 AED. - 1 Week, 3 Meals a Day:
A great option to try our service. Includes 18 meals with 2 deliveries for 399 AED. - 1 Week, 2 Meals a Day:
Includes 12 meals (lunch and dinner) with 2 deliveries for 349 AED..
While we currently don't offer customization options, we take great care in planning our meals to ensure they are both nutritionally balanced and varied. To keep things exciting, no meal is repeated more often than every two weeks.
It’s easy to pause your plan. Just inform our account manager via any convenient messenger. Please do so at least three days in advance

The food from "theMeal" is always fresh, not frozen. We prepare it according to UAE food code standards.
Here’s how we do it:
We prepare the food using simple, high-quality ingredients.
We place it in a container, and before sealing it, we remove the oxygen inside.
Bacteria can only grow in the presence of oxygen. By removing the oxygen from our containers, we help preserve the freshness of the food.
We deliver in Dubai, Abu-Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman every 3 days.
We have fine-tuned all business processes and set up production so that we can deliver great food at low prices. For this reason, we currently don’t offer special promotions or discounts.
We are an experienced and well-known player in Eastern Europe. We are currently expanding and opening our representative office in the UAE. We accept online payments by bank card through a global payment service that is protected by international standards. We cannot see your card number or other details, so you are fully protected. In case of any issues, you can contact our support service for assistance.
