Deliveries are on Wednesdays and Sundays only — days cannot be changed

You can pause for 1–2 weeks for free (depending on the length of your plan). The price of longer pause is 90 AED

Our meal menu is fixed — changing dishes or removing ingredients is not possible. But you can change the format, duration and number of meals per day

Reschedule or cancellation of your planned delivery can be done not later then 3 days before the delivery date. Change of delivery time slot or address can be done not later than 2 days before the delivery date

Meals stay fresh for 6 days. Please refrigerate immediately after delivery

We appreciate if you can return the box by leaving it outside your door prior to the delivery for the driver to pick up
